We had previously abandoned internet sales because of scams and security issues.
Now we decided to give it another try, but under more secure conditions.
This is how it works in short:
You fill in the online registration form

We send you your customer registration number by post
•
You email us with your customer registration number
•
That's it.
This is our promise to you:
We will keep your details as save as we would like ours to be kept.
Your details will not be kept on any computer for longer than absolutely necessary.
They will be stored on an external drive, which will only be connected to a computer for immediate access to our customers' data and not while being connected to the internet.
We will not pass on your email address to any third party.
We will only email you with information which may be interesting to you, i.e. when
we open or close for the season, when we have a new design on our website, if we have
stopped selling a particular design or letting you know the deadline for Christmas orders.
We will not send you regular offers or useless newsletters.
This is what you agree to by registering with us:
You give us permission to keep your details on file as explained above.
You allow us to contact you by email for reasons outlined above.
You register with a proper and valid email address, not some throw- away hotmail address.
In the registration form we ask you for your card details with exception of the last 8 digits of your card number. This way you can safely email us the last 8 digits when you want to place an order.
These are a few more important conditions:
Please note that we can only send an order to the address your credit card was registered under.
For insurance reasons, we can only send a maximum value of € 200.00 per package.
All orders will be sent per registered mail.
Post, Pack. & Insurance is charged at € 12.50 per package
The Irish postal service does not offer insurance for a number of countries.
Please understand that if the postal service considers your country to be of
high risk regarding loss of parcels, we can not take the risk either.
A few notes regarding our jewellery:
All items carry an Irish Hallmark and the Maker's mark.
Almost all designs are our own or our own variations of traditional designs © .
Most items are readily available. If an item is not in stock, we will come back to you.
Prices are subject to alteration. If prices have changed, you will be informed
before we process your order.
